We realise that we have caused an inconvenience as masks are a necessity right now, we ask that you please still use a face covering our a disposable mask in the meantime. If you unfortunately cannot wait an extra two days for your order, we will offer a full refund at the end of the 10 working days since your order was placed. Please note that Public holidays (which there have been many of recently) as well as Saturdays and Sundays are not working days. The 10 working days start the following day after the order has been placed. If you would like a refund at the end of the 10 days, day 11, please email your banking details to email@example.com with your order number.
